is that we're gonna dump Marquis, now that we see why he completely sucks in 2nd half. He is not expected to resign with the Rockies.
Jeff Francis is coming back, and he should be able to get this together. Cook is healthy again, and hopefully will stay that way.
So 2009 rotation will probably be:
De La Rosa (Opening Day starter)
Francis
Jimenez
Cook
Hammel, maybe, maybe Chachin or Rogers
All we need to do is find a bullpen that'll stay stable. Street is fine, but he needs to find a devastating stuff to blow away during the pressure games.
We can let Hawpe, and Atkins go, and hopefully get one hell of a catcher that can throw out base stealers. Torreleba has had a big problem with that all year.
That's my opinion.
