For Denver. Banning or sumtin' of exotic animals from being used in circuses. It is kinda' stupid, because it only applies to Denver. If passed a Circus could just relocate to another metro area outside Denver....

And since only Denver residents can vote for Amendment 100 - it would make sense that it only applies to Denver. I'd vote for it if I lived in Denver. The treatment of animals for "entertainment" is outrageous, and I can't stand to see that happen. I hope Denver leads the way in ended this circus crap once and for all.

5. I'm with you on this one. Regarding the animals.

But unless it is a statewide initiative it's still kinda stupid.

I've never been to the Western Stock Show (lived here since the 70's) but my wife went with a friend years ago to see her first rodeo. Wife being from New York....not a common event. They had to leave early because Mrs. Motivated would cheer for the animals. Drew a lot of ugly glances. Her first and last rodeo.....
