Shays has no love for the Bush clan. I thanked him for voting against the impeachment, when he was campaigning at the train station in Norwalk a few years ago.

is an honorable man. Although I am a broken glass Democrat, I have voted for him in the past, and intend to do so in the future.
I think he votes out of principles, rather than the party line. I'm not too happy about his stance on Iraq, but it's basically the same as Hillary Clinton's.
