So far --
Cornwall - 1 (out of 1) Greenwich - 16 (out of 22) Ridgefield - 8 (out of 11)
Also, 5 out of 6 Weston delegates voted to NOT support Lieberman. They have not committed to Lamont yet, but time will tell.
If you hear of any other towns, please post them.
I believe he needs 271 to have the primary.

1. I think there's going to be a lot who won't come out publicly |
|
but will vote for Lamont when the time comes.
A West Hartford representative made a similar comment but I forgot his name.

2. I believe we will have 3 or more of our 6 for Lamont in Granby. |
|
We put the major discussion on Lamont off until our April meeting... But most can not support Lieberman!

and is a former Selectman.
I think Lieberman is more popular with the Repukes than the Dems, but he's never been challenged before. I've heard grumbling about him for years, so it's time for a serious confrontation. Let's hope it succeeds.

7. I realize Ned is from Greenwich |
|
However, in the past, Lieberman has gotten a lot of his money from the New Haven to the NY border corridor. It's good to see those folks now against him.

9. The Convention is on May 20, |
|
if Ned gets 15% of the delegates, there will be a primary.
If he doesn't, he can have a primary with 15,000 petition signatures.
