FOX supported by UCONN---saw this "sponsored by" message 4/2 on Fox

I don't know if this support for just the Fox Sunday politics program or to support Faux's network madness in general. Anyone know? As a CT resident, I don't want my tax dollars supporting the lies of O'Lielly, InsHannity and other Faux "news" people.

1. I have not seen this, never watch FOX but,

it is disturbing. I wonder what the point is?? Are they looking for FOX viewers to attend UCONN. That might not be a bad idea. Perhaps we could give the FOX viewers some blue thoughts....wishful thinking

2. state rep friend looked into it---UConn is paying for ads on several

stations and official reason is to promote UConn thru advertising to keep students applying. Fox is supposedly just one station that UConnn advertises on. The thing is, the FOX "ad" I saw was not a typical ad showing students on campus but a black and white graphic of copy, "University of Connecticut" with voice over, "This program sponsored by UConn."
