I hear tell that due to dozens of problems with the private company that's taken over emissions testing in our fair state, the legislature has ordered the tests to stop for the next 90 days. That's to give the company time to clean up its act. Guess it never occurred to them to simply find a more competent outfit to handle the emissions tests!

After Joisey went through the problems with Parsons that cost millions and lasted a couple of years, Connecticut could have learned from our experience.
