Rob Simmons flip-flops, calls for Bush to "outline" plan for withdrawal

I received a snail mail letter last night where Rob Simmons now calls for Team Bush to present an outline to Congress for withdrawing the troops from Iraq.

Hmm, I wonder if it has anything to do with election day coming up in about 6 weeks?

I wonder if Simmons asked for this outline when he attended Bush's $15,000 a head fundraiser in CT yesterday? Somehow, I doubt it.
