Sen. Lieberman threatens to switch his allegiance from the Democratic Caucus to the Republicans over Iraq. Isn’t this the same person who labeled Ned Lamont as a one issue candidate? Isn’t this the same person who promised to caucus with Democrats if he was re-elected.
Sounds like Sen. Lieberman is the new Richard Nixon -- lying to voters about his position on an unpopular war to get re-elected.
If Sen. Lieberman, the man with 8 deferments from service in Vietnam, is so enthusiastic about war against “Islamofascists”, why isn’t he sacrificing his children to the US Military so that they can serve in that hell hole he helped create in Mesopotamia? If Prince Harry, third in line to the British throne, can serve in Iraq, why can’t Lieberman’s pampered children? Same question goes to the pampered children of President Bush, Vice-president Cheney, and all who supported this war.
In 2008, the odds are heavily in favor of Democrats increasing their numbers in the Senate. Lieberman switching allegiances at this point over Iraq will make it easier for Democrats to win those additional seats in the Senate and send him into political oblivion.

“The party's new majority in the Senate is contingent on Lieberman…” What's Up With Lieberman?, Ted Mann, Feb. 25, 2007
Can Ted Mann please research and report on the Senate organizing resolution, passed in January, which gave Democrats control of the Senate and committee chairmanships until the beginning of the 111th Congress? Political Insider (http://politicalinsider.com/2007/02/liebermans_switch_wouldnt_flip.html) says that if Lieberman switches caucuses, it will not put Republicans in charge of the Senate because of that resolution.
Can Ted Mann also ask Sen. Lieberman if the war in Iraq is so important to him, why isn’t he sacrificing his loved ones to the US military so that they can fight Islamofasicsts over there? If Prince Harry, third in line to the British throne, can serve in Iraq, why can’t Lieberman’s pampered children?
Can Ted Mann also ask Sen. Lieberman about the senator risking irrelevancy by switching caucuses? In 2008, the odds are heavily in favor of Democrats increasing their numbers in the Senate. Lieberman switching allegiances at this point over Iraq will make it easier for Democrats to win those additional seats in the Senate and send him into political oblivion.
Many Democrats will be working to put Lieberman into political oblivion by helping elect more Democrats to the US Senate in 2008.

You can also send them some quotes about Lieberman's multiple unqualified promises to caucus with the Democrats - there were no "unless I don't get my way on Iraq" or anything like that. The link below has a response from thirdparty that has 10 quotes from Lieberman prior to the election where he promises to caucus with Democrats (well, 8 directly from Lieberman, 2 from his representatives) http://www.dailykos.com/comments/2007/2/24/164732/438/8#c8
