Your appreciation of her is well deserved. I've know her since she first ran for office. What you see, is what you get. She is a marvelous surrogate for both Obama, and the State of Ct. What was it that brought her "light" to your eyes? Something specific, or just her overall qualities? DC

4. Did you go to the rally in Hamden yesterday?

I got to meet her, to talk to Blumenthal and Joe Courtney and to thank Chris Dodd for all he does. He thanked me for what I do !

NH Register says 2500 peeps were there ! The organizers weren't sure if they would fill the auditorium, but it was overflowing. They had to go out and get more food and beverages for the free lunch they served. Hundreds of us were in the halls and the cafe where they had loudspeakers so we could hear the speeches.

I'm signed up with the Hilltop Brigade (which was founded based on a suggestion Rosa made) to work to unseat Shays and make sure Courtney and Murphy get re-elected.

I found out about it late and I was already at work..I had a long, busy day. Wasn't able to go. I would've liked to have gone. Seems like it was a great event.
