Fortunately we have New Castle county which counter balances Kent County - by a lot, and down here in Sussex we are pretty evenly split.

An uncle there. It's very serene walking through all the corn fields around his house. Then there's alot of open investment lands to scout for from Rehboth Beach to Seaford. The boardwalk at Rehboth beach too... I have some interesting memories off of there.
