Delaware DUers. My apologies for my previous post. |

Please allow me to apologize for being a little brash in my posting about Joe Biden. The reason for my posting was because I was very angry with your Senator for being too friendly with Alberto Gonzales and the thing that angered me the most is that he and other Democrats helped the Neocons pass a bill that will financially strangle people with credit card debt like myself. I lashed out at Mr. Biden because he is an influencial Senator from your state and the fact he is a possible Democratic presidential nominee in 2008 makes me nervous. The Democratic Party needs politicians that can be fighters and take on the Neocons. Not enable them!
Look. Many of you may not agree with me and that's fine but I cannot help but be frustrated with the direction the Democratic Party has been going. My only hope is that with Howard Dean as DNC Chair, the direction will move to a more progressive and pro-people line instead of the "me too" business as usual. This has been too much of a liability to the party.
All and all, please accept my apology. My hope is that no matter where we come from we can all agree that the Democratic Party must be strong again.
John
ON EDIT: I also wanted to let you know that Senator Biden was not the only person I have been lashing out at. Feinstein, Landrieux, and Lieberman are getting their share of four letter words from me too!

1. Oh, I highly doubt any of us would support him for president |
|
we know better than that
No problem. Delaware politics are pretty weird which is why many of us just go to other states to get our fill of political activism and campaigning.

2. Supported him last time, would do it again |

Neil Kinnock saved him from being killed by that aneurysm, but Joe would have been a damn sight better than Dukakis.
