Can 15yos volunteer to help political campaigns?

That is part of my daughter's assignment for her AP Poli Sci course in Newark. I was thinking maybe Carney or Markell, or even one of the state senate races like Mackenzie. I didn't know if there was a minimum age or not. She needs at least 10 political volunteer hours. Any other ideas of what could constitute 'political' volunteering if those ideas don't pan out?

You know, why not go to the top with Volunteering. YOu have Joe Biden as our VP - I'm sure they would love to have he on the staff helping out.
