How can Democrats gain support of Cuban-Americans?

Not just necessarily for this election, but for years to come? From what I hear, see, and read, there is a good amount of younger Cuban-Americans that are already dems. I decided to ask this in the Florida section because it would most likely start here.

1. Not much you can do

Except wait for the older generation of Cuban exiles to die off. These are the people that left Cuba when Castro took over and they are old, very freaking old. 70+
Forgot to add: Without their influence the political landscape of South Florida will look very different.
