I have this info, so far. She's a Dem, but she could be in the same light as Karen Thurmond.

February 5, 2007 -- TALLAHASSEE - Florida Governor Charlie Crist today appointed Cheryl E. Forchilli to the Commission on Ethics.

“Professional ethics in government are essential,” said Governor Crist. “I am confident that Cheryl will work to ensure that all public officials uphold the highest standard of integrity.”

Cheryl Forchilli is a legal, political and public relations consultant in Tampa, Florida. She formerly worked as a general litigation associate for the Jones Day firm in Washington, D.C., and as a legislative assistant in the Florida House of Representatives. Ms. Forchilli graduated from the University of Texas and the University of Florida College of Law.“I am honored to serve the state in this role,” said Ms. Forchilli. “Governor Crist has established a code of ethics that sets the bar high.”

The Commission on Ethics receives and investigates complaints concerning the conduct of officers and employees of the state, county, city or other political subdivisions. Ms. Forchilli will succeed Kurt Jones. She is appointed for a term beginning February 5, 2007, and ending June 30, 2008. This appointment is subject to confirmation by the Florida Senate.
