Times, but this is worth the read. Please spread the word to vote NO on Amendment 8.

Basically, the CSA is not as expensive as it seems because we've cut $16B in taxes while lowering class size at the same time. Furthermore, what the people who support Amendment 8 are saying is disingenuous. You can have a cap at 21 or 18. The fact is if you cap a class at 21, you still may have a 22nd child at some point. However, we need to draw the line somewhere.
