Voting yes on amendment 8 will result in less money being spent on education in Florida. Money isn't everything, but we spend under the national average in Florida, but this is no longer a low cost state. A yes vote on 8 will result in teachers losing their jobs and kids coming out of college not being able to find jobs.

The state legislature, run by Republicans, has cut $20 billion in taxes the past decade. It's failure to plan for the class size amendment does not constitute an emergency on the part of my child.
