I visit the Louisiana forum because that's where I'm from, and I came across an interesting post. Apparently, Citizens hasn't been a big player for very long there, but already the state is trying to keep its citizens from bearing the burden of bailing out this insurance company!

A governor who doesn't want homeowners to get screwed by rising rates, especially those who live nowhere near the coast and have never made a claim? Smells like a Democrat!
