Any Florida DUers that have been following the plane crash over Ft. Stewart PM me. |
|
Facts that are known is that it was a Beechcraft Bonanza tail#N506BC, it left Titusville destined for Anderson SC, it broke up did not send a distress call and the wreckage was scattered over a mile and a half area inside a training area of Fort Stewart.
The pilot was Richard Love III, son of the owner of Blue Heron Aviation Sales, the plane may have been in the process of being acquired by Crystal Aviation (Brooksville).
Another question for FL DUers-is there any connection between Naples Co. town of Hilliard, FL and the family of Wallace Hilliard (former owner of Huffman Aviation)?
Btw, the story about this plane crash is still floating around in the LBN forum.
I think there is a lot behind this story that isn't being addressed.
