Apparently, Republican John Quinonez (District 49) stepped down to run for the Hispanic-majority Osceola County Commission seat. Why would someone do that?? Wait, I got it... he is going to help rob Hispanic votes for the Republicans?
So my Central FL friends, there will be a Democratic primary in Osceola County in March 20 and the General election for House District 49 in April 24.

How did I find out? I received a phone call from a polling agency today asking if I was going to vote for a Republic or Democratic. What a dumb question...
