The Florida legislature passed a law recently that makes

selling a hearing aid without a license a Level 7 crime after July 1st-that means a mandatory prison term. Can you imagine one old lady selling her old hearing aid to another old lady when she got a new one and then spending prison time for it? Those asshats in Tallahassee are just whores to the lobbyists.
