Suzan Franks wins Democratic primary for Senate District 3!

She beat Mark Ravenscraft 65%-35% in the special election primary today.

She'll now face Charlie Dean in the general election in 3 weeks.

Anybody in the district, we need more volunteers, quick. We can pick up a senate seat. Anyone with some spare time PM me.

2. There are a lot of folks there registered as Democrats who vote like Republicans

Although Democrats outnumber Republicans almost 2-1, Bush still carried the district 53-44 over Gore in 2000. The district is certainly winnable, but it is going to take a bit more than simple GOTV to get the job done.
