Radar detectors illegal in Florida? |
|
What's the latest scoop? The only information I found online is dated back in March. Currently my home state (VA) is the only state that bans radar detectors.
I visit Pensacola frequently (stationed in Biloxi), so this does pertain to me somewhat. Please don't flame me on the old "Pensacola-isn't-part-of-Florida" routine. Although I must admit it scared the Jeebus out of me that over 60% of the voters in that county voted for her in her attempt to get a Senate seat not long ago.
Sorry for mixing several subjects; didn't feel like creating multiple threads.

2. I've heard that this could be a law very soon. |

Looked online and the only information I found was dated in March. A State Senator has proposed legislation about this, but haven't seen anything about it since then.
I went to look at some FL newspapers (online version) and didn't see anything about it.
