Is there any chance that Zig Zag Zell will get a Cabinet post? |
|
Any chance at all that * will reward Miller by giving him a cabinet post? Miller of course would love it, and * could point to what a great bipartisan he is.
Education? HHS? Commerce?

Though I'm sure Bush would love the idea... I think Zell's career is over. Remember that he had already retired before he was appointed to the Senate.

3. I hope Zell really is retiring |

He says hes retiring. I hope he means it he ruinged Georgia almost as badly as Bush ruined Texas. Zell is a ultra right winger to became a Democrat to confuse the Democrat rednecks. His IQ is very low so he would fit right in with Bush's yes-man cabinet.

Welcome to DU, and the Georgia forum, in particular. :hi:
And Zell didn't used to be so right-wing, imho. Either that or the Democratic legislature held him in check. I think he just woke up, saw which way the state was going, and switched positions. It's not that he's right-wing, per se. Rather, he's a spineless, unprincipled opportunist.
And that might be worse.
