Property Still Gone After Stranger Moves In Family's Home

DOUGLASVILLE, Ga. -- A woman who returned from a vacation to find someone else living in her house testified in court that she was missing about $100,000 in property.

Beverly Mitchell returned from a two-and-a-half week trip to Greece last month to find that another woman had moved into her home while she was away.

Beverly Valentine, 54, was later arrested and charged with burglary.

"I was ready to strangle this woman," Mitchell said after the woman was discovered in her home. "How could you not know someone lives here?"
