It doesn't seem to be taken in a proper scientific way. Random phone calls to such a small group is not going to cut it.

Johnson may have scored some points with his arguments about no-showing for the voting rights act votes last night.
Given the local pride here about John Lewis' speech on the floor arguing for renewal (YAY!) I would not be surprised if some constituents were a little disappointed and the poll may reflect that.
Or it may just be a flawed instrument.
No flames please, just speculating (and, yes, I live in McKinney's district, but haven't discussed the debate with anyone else local).
