Does anyone know how to find if a business is in foreclosure? I am on the Board of a non-profit Therapeutic Riding Center. We lease stalls for our horses at a facility. Rumors are that they are in foreclosure. How can we find out for certain? We are troubled that we may get kicked out. It is not easy to relocate 10 horses!

1. Call the Secretary of State's office (located in Macon) |

If a business is incorporated, then the incorporation is obtained through the state. (I think this is correct.)
Good luck. Let me know if you need help finding a place to board the equines. I hope that we can all meet up in Atlanta after Election Day for a celebration of Democratic good fortune! :hi:

Some of our horses haven't seen a trailer in years. We have decided to start working on getting them to trailer, in case....
