David Sirota coming to Atlanta!

Please join Georgia for Democracy and Atlanta WAND for a very special event, Thursday July 24, 7:00 PM. David Sirota will be the guest of honor at a private dinner. We will have lots of delicious food, including vegan and vegetarian choices. You won't want to miss this opportunity to talk with David, a brave and articulate spokesperson for the progressive and populist movement. Seating is limited so get your tickets today! Tickets are $100 and include a copy of David's new book The Uprising: An Unauthorized Tour of the Populist Revolt Scaring Wall Street and Washington a delicious dinner including wine, cocktails, coffee and dessert.

If you can't make the private dinner, be sure to mark you calendar for the night before, Wednesday July 23, 7PM. David Sirota will be addressing the crowd and signing books at Manuel's Tavern in downtown Atlanta. This event is free and open to the public. A Capella Books (a local bookseller) will be on hand selling copies of David's new book.

On edit: the fundraiser on 7/24 is to raise the funds necessary to pay for David Sirota's travel and accomodations while in Atlanta. Any leftover funds will be used for GOTV efforts in November.
