How about sometime during Thanksgiving week, if y'all aren't traveling?
Black Friday? If everyone isn't still in a turkey coma and survives the 4am sales...
Or that Saturday so some people might be back in town?

And I'm going to make the radical suggestion that it be in the middle of the state so that everyone can come although I'm fine with heading to Savannah - lots of great places to choose from there.
A DU roadtrip...
