My teabagging state senator thinks we're lazy |

Here's an excerpt from state senator Bill Heath's (BillHeath@BillHeath.net) email newsletter. Apparently he seems to think our future lies in returning to an agrarian economy (maybe that's his justification for the Publican cuts to education which are paying for corporate tax breaks in our state).
Much still remains to be done about the immigration crisis in our state. While it is beneficial to have these laws that discourage illegal immigration, it is also time that we take a long hard look at ourselves. What has become of the work ethic long ingrained in the fabric of the American culture? Our forefathers built our communities on hard manual labor. They were people of the land. They dirtied their hands and broke their backs to create a country worth living in and fighting for. When opportunities dwindled- they created more. They built industries and cities grew from the man power put forth by those unafraid to work. Have we become a nation of entitled people? Things were built by hand, crops were harvested by hand. Are jobs in communities filled by illegal immigrants because they are stealing these jobs from Georgians eager to work? Or is it because Americans have become too proud for this type of work? With unemployment levels still inflated, have our citizens become to self-important to accept labor intensive jobs? It is THESE jobs that built our state and our nation. Perhaps our return to prosperity comes with a return to a stronger work ethic.

1. "return to prosperity comes with a return to a stronger work ethic" |

Mr. Bill Heath: Stick a 2x4 up your ass. You ignorant, uninformed jackass....You think the populace going out to the fields, harvesting all the crops by hand, clearing (after taxes) MAYBE 30 bucks a day is going to "Bring Prosperity back to this nation" ???
Gee...let us see... 6 days work= 180 bucks times 52 weeks is 9360 bucks.
House/Rent is 750 month = 9000 a year
Which leaves 360 dollars for one year of Food, health insurance, clothes, water, electric...
Seems about right...You stupid Fuck!

2. I live in Georgia and I must be lazy cos I lost my job. |

Americans (and Georgians) are lazy. That's why for every time a job becomes available, only 6000 people line up to try to get it. :sarcasm:
FU too, senator Heath.
