If you're interested in the inner programming workings of Georgia's electronic voting system, please join us at Cobb County NOW's next meeting at the Merchant's Walk Library on Saturday, Sept. 25th, 3:00 p.m - 5:30 p.m.
Roxanne Jekot, the computer programmer who reviewed the Diebold paperless electronic voting computer code, is our scheduled speaker.
Jekot found a puzzling link to a Diebold vendor payout of $144,000 going to the Lottery Services of GA. What the heck? We can't get a paper copy of our votes, but maybe we can get a lottery ticket?
Diebold's CEO Walden O'Dell, one of the GOP's biggest fundraisers in his home state of Ohio and nationally, soon after the Georgia elections, O'Dell's e-mail began making the rounds of Web logs and other Internet sites tracking the Diebold security flaws, where he bragged that he's "committed to helping Ohio deliver its electoral votes to the president next year."
