Encampment at the White House Begins!
Message to Youth and Students
A World Can't Wait encampment at the White House begins today! On September 24th World Can't Wait activists delivered an eviction notice to George W. Bush and his cronies. From Oct 12th to Nov 2nd this encampment will serve notice on behalf of a growing movement: The Beginning of the End of the Bush Regime. On October 12th a banner will go up in front of the White House, the Call and other materials will be available. Imagine tourists joining White House tours wearing World Can't Wait stickers?

Students at Universities and High Schools across the country are planning walk-outs and campus demonstrations on November 2nd. And they are organizing for it now! There will be a table at UH-Manoa this Friday where you can pick up materials, and there will be a march on the UH-Manoa campus on Nov 2nd beginning at 9:30 am on McCarthy Mall. Lots of you have said you're organizing at your high schools. Some ideas? Set up tables on campus. Drop a banner on campus. Distribute the Call and stickers. Need help?
