Not propositions but "ballot questions". Same difference.
o Our stupid, asinine "protect marriage" amendment to the VA Constitution passed, something like 58% to 46%.
0 A measure to incorporate churches passed.
o A measure to provide tax breaks to preserve historical areas passed.
Does that help?
