Robert White, the furniture deliveryman shot and wounded last January by off-duty policeman Keith Washington, gave his testimony to a county grand jury Tuesday afternoon.

White's partner, Brandon Clark, 22, died of gunshot wounds received in the same incident.
In a written statement released in February, White claimed Cpl. Washington was "visibly angry" and "looking for a fight" from the time they arrived at his Accokeek home. White and his attorney claim Washington shot them without provocation.

Washington, who also served as Deputy Director of Homeland Security, claims the 2 deliverymen were roaming around inside his home and assaulted him after he had words with them.
In a separate investigation, Washington already has been indicted on 1st degree assault charges. He's accused of pulling a gun on a real estate appraiser at his home on April 5th. Washington denies that charge too.
