I used to live in Northern Idaho. |

So I'm interested in what goes on there stil. Unfortunately, there is a joke up there that a Democratic Convention in Idaho could take place in a telephone booth. Are there still no liberals in Idaho?

Keep off the patio, keep off the path. The lawn may be green but you better not be seen walkin' through the gate that leads you down, down to a pool fraught with danger is a pool full of strangers.

I am planning to go to school at North Idaho College in Coeur d'Alene. My mom lives in Post Falls so I will be living with her for a while.
Any tips or advice I should have in order to survive that part of the world? I do not plan on staying there for a long period.
Thanks
John

4. N. Idaho is fine! It's not LA or NYC but there are plenty of... |

Cool people up here. Sandpoint has a robust progressive community and CDA is cool too. Mostly people keep to themselves. Spokane, WA (15 minutes from Post Falls) has Gonzaga, WSU and other colleges so there are a lot of "kids". Lots of skiing, boating, biking, music, organic culture etc.
Shoot there hasn't been a lynchin' in at least a month... Kidding :7
