10. dickhead's limo just drove past our office...

We are right on the corner of LaSalle and VanBuren in the heart of the financial district. Tons of cops everywhere. Was coming back from Midway and had to get off a stop earlier and walk all the way around a few blocks out of my because of this asshole.
