Pretty interesting huh. In case anyone is interested, John Sullivan is running against Lipinski in the Dem primary in March.

I guess so according to the article, but I have tried to contact his campaign and have not recieved a reply yet. His website is very sketchy too. I would love to see a real candidate run against Lipinski, Here's hoping

2. I took this article from Southtown thinking he's a legit candidate,

but I've had the same problem as yourself. I contacted his campaign and haven't received a reply yet either.

There is another Dem candidate in the 3rd. His name is John T. Kelly, he's from Oak Lawn. I know this guy personally and I really don't think he's a legit candidate.

Driving around this AM running errands, I did see a few of his campaign signs on people's lawns in the area of 87th & Ridgeland, but I believe he lives in that general area.

Re: the story in the Southtown, a friend of mine told me yesterday that it was Kelly that dug the dirt up about Lipsinki's voter registration and Sullivan stole it from him, but knowing Kelly personally, I'd take that claim with a very big grain of salt.

3. Think we found him!

Someone from our local peace group (the newly formed Near West Citizens for Peace and Justice aka NWCPJ) has talked to him and he is supposed to meet with our group and answer questions. I just find out today if and when. I will post info when I get it. Thanks
