1. look at these "harden criminals"

Kevin Rein, of Glen Ellyn, a self-employed carpenter, who was charged in 1980 with battery for allegedly punching his sister. The sister declined to go ahead with the case and the charges were dropped, court papers showed.

Charles Svymbersky, of Westmont, an alternate brought in to replace a juror found to have had his own brush with the law, who was charged with theft for buying a stolen bicycle in Peoria County in 1983, court papers said. They said the case was dismissed.

Raul Casino, a retired truck driver from Palos Hills, who had a drunken driving charge placed against him in 1962, court papers showed. They didn't show the outcome of the case.

2 cases where the charges were dropped and a charge from 1962!!!! Give me a break!!
