after reading this get to a good workmans comp lawyer .talk to at least two or three there in the qc. if it`s the plant i`m thinking of it`s a wonder anyone works there. they run ads in the newspaper up here in ronnyland at least twice a week ,the feds must be watching them or illegals. if his back isn`t screwed up to bad best he look for something else. it will take years for these scumbags to pay for any medical bills. but maybe a good lawyer can get his medical bills paid and some therapy..good luck..
oh ya isn`t the new laws great when my wife talks to the insurance company i always have to say who i am and that she has my permission...
