Did anything happen (drill) in Chicago at the beginning of this month?

I don't recall hearing anything more anywhere on the internets or the MSM about this:

Did anybody see or hear anything of consequence? I grew up on the South Side, so the thread creeped me out.

In Wisconsin, we saw pairs of fighter jets practicing(?) high speed, banked turns and an honest-to-god black-or-otherwise-completely-unmarked helicoptor doing touch-and-go's in a field right around that time, but I don't know if this was related or not, but I hadn't seen them before and haven't seen them since.

We were having baseball practice and the activities sure freaked out our Little Leaguers. If I saw this when I was growing up, I think I'd have thought that this kind of thing was cool and maybe even have provided a sense of being protected by the "good guys." I think even the young ones are picking up some ominous vibes...
