some computer called me and asked me if I would take a poll and it would only take a few seconds. The question was something like "mayor daley wants to save jobs and tax revenue by vetoeing the big box ordinance. If you want to save jobs and tax revenue press one if you do not press 2. I pressed 2 so hard my finger almost fell off. And you know whick finger I was pressing it with!

what would have happened if you pressed one. Was it a survey with other questions? Or, would you have been directed to a real person and told to do something like call your alderman?

Boy -- the GOP must be really scared to be pulling these stunts.

If they'd just have policies that wouldn't harm the country, they wouldn't need to resort to lying, cheating, stealing and smearing.

This wasn't a GOP stunt. It was obviously an anti-Big Box ordinance stunt which includes PLENTY of Democrats, Daley included.
