The one where she brags about crossing party lines to vote with the Republicans? I realize the district that she lives in (and that I thankfully do NOT live in) is conservative, but....

2. today's congressional torture vote -

I live in south-central Illinois and know very little about Ms. Bean - other than she voted FOR the torture bill today. Is this the type of 'crossing party lines' you are referring to perhaps?! Just happened to notice her name on the list of Democrats who voted FOR torture.
I live on a beautiful 2 mile long country road that is currently trashed with puke campaign signs. So today I decorated my 1 acre lawn with signs for my Democratic candidate for our 19th Congressional District Representative. (Dan Stover is running against long time incumbent Shimkus.) After I read that Ms. Bean voted FOR torture - I added a few peace flags to my lawn and front porch.
