"To the point, in the event you did know Dale Peters, I wanted you to know that Brother Peters passed away in Chicago this past Wednesday, and Dale desired his passing and funeral to remain low-key and as low-profile as Dale tried to be.
Apparently, it was Dale's wishes to have a very low keyed service.
