Chicago alderwoman, Mary Ann Smith, tried to ban use of cruel "bull hook"
used by circus personnel to control elephants but the stupid city council voted it down.

They approved banning other types of circus cruelty but wouldn't touch the bloody "bull hook."

They are so backward and detestable.
