My husband heard this great comment this morning on WBEZ's 'Wait Wait Don't Tell Me' broadcast. I missed it but he said it went something like this:

"Blagojevich puts the goober in gubernatorial."

Not sharing this in GD as we can probably all agree that there's been enough Illinois bashing for one week. But thought this was just too funny NOT to share.

5. Got my first Blago "joke" email today.

I have several buddies who are about as Republican as it gets. They are tolerable guys mostly, because they are fiscal conservatives who could give a crap who you sleep with, the occupancy of your uterus or if you inhaled. Anyhow, it ain't PC at all, but it did make me shake my head. THIS is where we are at now with our Governor:


Chicago Police today reported finding a john doe male body in the Chicago River.

The victim apparently drowned due to excessive narcotics consumption .

He was only wearing black fishnet stockings, a red garter belt, and a Blagojevich t-shirt.

He also had a cucumber stuffed up his butt.

The police thoughtfully removed the Blagojevich t-shirt to spare the family any unnecessary embarrassment.
