Lisa Madigan Leads in Polls for Senate or Governor

Personally, I'm not pleased because this may mean that Madigan's dad may hold up Pat Quinn's budget.

2. lisa has state wide name recognition

we are going to need someone who`s name is known from cairo to south beloit. yes her dad needs to go.

3. As long as her daddy steps down, I could easily support her bid for governor.

If daddy doesn't announce his retirement when/if she announces, I'll support someone else in the primary.

4. Quinn is running.

He canceled an event we had him scheduled for in Rockford. He also skipped the Illinois Democratic Women's convention in Springfield, which I think is a big mistake on his part. He chose instead to travel to several small towns in southern Illinois, where he needs to increase his name recognition.

I don't know how I feel about any of them yet.
