2. he has the big guns behind him.
they all knew all about this when they backed him. hell, we all knew this when he ran for treasurer. i can't see them trying to force him out now.
mark kirk is gonna have a field day with this.

and just for the things that make you go hmmmm files, i think cheryl jackson was a stalking horse. without her in the race, hoffman wins. she got a fat plum of a job after the primary.
