2. If Jennings runs again...

...and hopefully, he will, that's one avenue. Hostettler only won because the Republican Congressional Victory Fund (or whatever they're called) ran nasty-ass attack ads against him in the election. The guys who ran his campaign were very good, the problem was organization in the rural counties.

Other than that, I have no idea. Dean's group, maybe, and I know MoveOn.org endorsed Jennings, but that's about all I can think of.

Please kick the asshole out. I'm lucky enough to have escaped, many haven't, and the man has done virtually nothing for his district, despite what he claims.

my mother was doing as much as she could in a "rural" county. That's why I was asking. Hoping to link her up with a more "professional" organization outside of the state dem party.

The state party is a joke, and Vigo County is Dem because it's been that way since there was a Democratic party.

Tim Henderson was the director of Jennings' campaign, and he was very good - I don't have his contact info, but I know he lives in Evansville. I have no idea what he's up to now.
