Indianapolis Star: What a right wing rag.

Our new governor and long time Bush crony Mitch Daniels on his first day in office ended state workers collective bargaining rights. His lame excuse was he needed to protect children.

Now he has declared he wants to raise taxes temporarily for people who make over 100 K a year.

The Star said he had visionary ideas.

This is the same rag that whenever a Democrat proposed the same thing was pretty much labeled a communist.

To show you, the Star before the election endorsed all Republicans except for a few offices that where Democratic but had no viable opponent.

This paper used to be owned by Dan Quayle’s wife’s family. Now it is owned by Gannet I think but Gannet is worse.

7. Russian Roulette with Business Editors

Indianapolis Business Journal stated that the Star just fired their fourth business editor since 2000. They're ramping up to try to kill off the IBJ, just like they tried to kill NUVO Newsweekly with InTake a couple of years back. Look for more articles sucking up to big business and the big advertisers. And watch as they hire someone from outside the Central Indiana area to write about local businesses that they know nothing about...GANNETT sucks - I know, 'cause I worked for them! It's all about the bottom dollar folks...

Make sure you have a big old prophylactic pulled over your pc when you surf there.

I had a friend who said he always read the Star at night before bedtime, so he could go to sleep with NOTHING on his mind.
