1. It seems to me it would be much easier for the repugs

if they just do away with the judiciary system all together. The b*sh's nominations wont get in the way of the real business of congress, steroids, spam laws, giving tax cuts to the rich. Not to mention they could hunt down terrorist and execute them without trials. Yes the repugs really need to consider getting rid of the judiciary. Of course they would have to amend that pesky thing called a constitution but hey, they never let democracy get in their way before.
