I'm going to pimp this here as I got some good reception at first. Hopefully with the Pacers games not falling on Thursdays for this round attendance will be better. I'd love to meet more of you :)

Hey everyone! First off some very cool news. I just received an email from a senior editor at Indianapolis Monthly who is looking into doing a story on our humble little group. I'm going to invite him to stop by this week so I'd like a REALLY good turnout this week. As soon as I have a confirmation that he (or someone from the magazine) will be coming I'll send out another email (i'll also post on here for anyone not on the mailing list) to let you know. But let's really try to make a good turnout. I'm excited at this opportunity to show there are liberals in Indianapolis who a) care about the issues and b) know how to have fun.

So if you could, please RSVP to me ([e-mail]) if you are coming. I want to get an idea of how big our group will be that way if it's alot bigger than normal I can let Union Jack know.

1. no media this week.

Heard back from the guy at Indianapolis Monthly (he's quick!). He won't be able to make it this week but would like to sometime. Since, in his words, magazine news cycles run in months it may be a couple weeks before I know more about coverage or him coming by but I'll try to keep you all updated.

Anyway, that's that. Still would love to have a good crowd this week so I'll be looking forward to seeing you all on Thursday. As always, feel free to respond to this email if you have any questions, concerns, comments or suggestions.
